Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need your order confirmation, receipt, or proof of purchase.

Once your return request is approved, we will send you the return instructions and the return address. Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as returns sent without approval may not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives.

If your item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us immediately at support@velmorakids.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

We will review the problem and do our best to make it right.


Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been used, worn, washed, damaged after delivery, or returned without original packaging.

We also cannot accept returns on gift cards or items marked as final sale.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without giving a reason.

The item must still be unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will let you know whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be sent back to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please remember that your bank or payment provider may take extra time to process and post the refund.
